Fulham Memories

Fulham Memories is a welcoming weekly programme for people aged 65 and over, designed to reduce social isolation while improving both physical and mental wellbeing.

Circus without limits

Helping to bring the joy of live performance to disabled, neurodivergent and disadvantaged children and their families.

Clear Mind Derby

Clear Mind Derby provides practical and emotional support to vulnerable adults across Derby. Established in 2023, it focuses on helping people before problems escalate by tackling loneliness, social isolation, poor mental health and unsafe living conditions.

Boxing for Better

Boxing For Better have been working to secure the funding to transform a disused premises in Leigh into a fully inclusive trauma informed boxing hub. This is a space where young people, adults, families and people on crisis can find purpose, build a community and be seen.

Headway Rotherham

Headway Rotherham supports adults living with acquired brain injury across Rotherham and South Yorkshire, helping people rebuild confidence, independence, and financial stability after life‑changing events such as stroke, trauma, illness, or accident.

Project Apis

We are Project Apis CIC, a Norfolk-based community organisation using beekeeping to bring people together, support wellbeing, teach practical skills, and help more people connect with nature.

Beartown Rickshaw

Free rickshaw rides around popular local beauty spots to improve mental health and wellbeing of residents experiencing social isolation.

Life skills for homeless and pregnant young women

We aim to deliver new health & well-being and financial resilience support to previously homeless, pregnant young women in our Walsall house.

Dons Local Action Group

DLAG and our supporters are sleeping out to raise money urgently needed to increase capacity to fight poverty in our community this winter.

Trailer for animal visits to school & local groups

We want to take our animals and resources out to children and disadvantaged adults - and enable them to physically experience a wider world.
