Live Projects you can help

The Brotherhood Legion

The Brotherhood Legion CIC is an award-winning men's mental health movement in Leicester, redefining community support. With over 65 events and collaborations with nearly 100 businesses, we've built a hub of movement, conversation, and inclusion. Our initiatives go beyond just weekend session support, embracing hiking, art workshops, therapy sessions, and even offering counselling, Christmas dinner for the lonely, house renovations & homeless outreach.

R!SE Up

RISE with’ is our community led scheme, which harnesses the support of local organisations to provide life-changing experiences for young people. Coaching provides the foundation of our work, but we want to go further, raising aspirations for our young people. We believe the way to do this is by exposing them to new experiences, which have the potential to be life changing. Whether it’s drumming, boxing, parkour or cooking, these opportunities give young people access to new possibilities, life skills and passions.

The Brick

At The Brick, we run a Food Community at St George’s Church on Water Street, Wigan - a place where people can access affordable, nutritious food with choice, dignity and respect.

The restore Collective

Welcoming them into friendship, valuing their unique contributions, and walking alongside them on their journey toward flourishing.

Projects we have already funded

Scarletts Smiles

Spotlight UK supports children affected by domestic abuse, children in care, children affected by loss, children with terminal illness or physical disability or who have a family member with terminal illness or long-term physical disability or mental health issues. We cannot take away the past but aim to create positive new memories and to help improve mental health through fun activities and days out and special experiences

Colours of Dance Radiates

Colours of Dance Radiates is a creative dance programme offered through primary schools, to all children, but which is particularly beneficial for those who experience bigger challenges in their daily lives. This might include, but is not limited, to children with neurodiversities, disease, disabilities or Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE) such as family adjustments.

NS10 Community Program

Niall Stringer Foundation’s sole mission is to raise awareness about the importance of mental health and wellbeing and give sports clubs, at all levels, across the UK the tools to allow them to contribute positively in the prevention of suicide in young people

Circus Starr

Circus Starr is unique! We are the only UK touring circus to bring accessible and inclusive performance to everybody no matter what obstacles they may face. Put simply we bring fun to those who need it most. We started life in 1987 as a social enterprise and became a Community Interest Company in 2010. We are currently in the process of becoming a registered charity.

Scarlets Community Foundation

The Foundation seeks to improve health and well-being through inclusion and participation using sport as a catalyst. The activities delivered are designed to encourage participation and are developed to meet the needs of the local community

Well and Horses

The horse-human connection is powerful, and with a horse as our therapist, there is an opportunity to see our internal landscape through the gentle, non-judgmental eyes of a horse. There, we can experience compassion, humility, and challenge, which are necessary for supporting self-awareness, well-being and growth. When a horse and a human form a bond, an extraordinary amount of emotional support and trust develops. They are incredibly therapeutic animals to spend time with, and they can assist us in navigating challenging emotions and experiences.
