The Inclusive Club
The Inclusive Hub empower marginalised groups by providing free inclusive fitness and community programmes to people living with additional needs and life threatening illnesses. We have our own facility which is open 7 days per week and is dedicated to changing the lives of people less fortunate by providing a safe space for inclusive fitness, community programmes and a friendly chat.

Project Overview
Our work is a life line to thousands of people across Merseyside and has been since 2016.
At The Inclusive Hub, we believe everyone deserves the chance to move, connect, and thrive — no matter their ability, background, or circumstances. Based in Merseyside, we run 10 community programmes that offer inclusive fitness sessions for children and adults with additional needs, disabilities, and life-limiting illnesses.
From young people with autism to older adults recovering from stroke, our sessions provide more than exercise — they offer a safe, welcoming space where people feel valued, empowered, and part of a community.
We’ve supported thousands of individuals and families across the region, helping improve physical health, build confidence, reduce isolation, and bring joy through movement. Our impact can be seen in every smile, every achievement, and every person who walks through our doors and feels like they finally belong.
Why are we crowdfunding
We’re crowdfunding to continue our morning sessions that support people over 50 who are living with serious challenges like Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Heart Conditions, Bereavement, Learning Difficulties
These sessions are more than just exercise. They’re a lifeline. They help people rebuild strength, confidence, and purpose. They reduce isolation, improve mental health, and bring together a community that truly looks out for each other.
We run 10community programmes like this — and every single one is free to those who need it most.

Safe and Sound
Since 2002, we have been tackling child sexual exploitation by providing high quality tailored one-to-one support to victims and young people at risk in Derby and Derbyshire. From 2019, whilst maintaining our specialism in sexual exploitation, we have expanded our services to include all forms of exploitation. Our vital work ensures that individuals receive the support they need to move forwards in their lives.
