MIMHC Foundation

MIMHC represents a cross section of UK intermediary mortgage firms who operate in the U.K. Originating as a steering group they continuously develop reference material and evolve practical support so Mental Health and Well-being best practices are easily accessible and provide support to all UK firms operating within the mortgage sector.

Derian House Childrens Hospice

We provide respite and end-of-life care to more than 400 babies, children and young people across the North West. The care we provide is free for families, but services cost £6 million to run every year. Our help extends right across the family to brothers, sisters, parents and grandparents.

Sydenham Garden

Sydenham Garden provides therapeutic gardening and and arts and crafts groups for people with mental health difficulties and dementia - in the beautiful setting of a nature reserve and community food growing site. It is a source of peace and joy, a real sanctuary when people are going through tough times.

Projects we have already funded

Derby Kids Camp

Derby Kids' Camp are an entirely volunteer-run charity providing free holidays for over 300 young children every year. The kids are nominated for a holiday by their schools, and are in real need of a break from challenges including bereavement, financial difficulties, social interaction challenges, being a young carer and more.

Beautifully Blind

Consultation was carried out with our visually impaired service users about what was important to them. One of the issues identified was loss of identity and self-worth after developing sight loss. Women with a vision impairment often said that they lost confidence and struggled with their self-esteem. It was apparent that feeling good with oneself is centred around one’s appearance.

The Library of Things

From tools for your next DIY project to recreational gear for family outings, and even unique party supplies like a chocolate fountain, Share Bristol’s Library of Things has it all. Break - Stepping up for young People

Break works across East Anglia to improve the lives of children and young people who are living in care, on the edge of care, or leaving care. We give children safe and loving homes, including specialist disability residences, and facilitate fostering.

Project Cre8

Cre8 is dedicated to grassroots youth and community work. Our team includes three passionate youth workers who live and work on the Moss Estate, along with project staff and volunteers across Macclesfield. We provide a safe and supportive environment for all our young people.

The Hamlet

The Hamlet Wigan is an organisation which supports young adults aged 19 - 25 with additional needs in developing skills for their future. The Trainees who attend The Hamlet Wigan are at the heart of everything we do and we are passionate about empowering each individual with the tools to take the next steps on their journey.
