Alloa Boxing Club Minibus
Raising funds for a well needed minibus to service the community

Project Overview
Alloa Boxing Club was founded in 1992. Their classes are inclusive and welcome to all, they have people who come along just to lose weight, people who come along just to learn some discipline and people who go along to learn how to box but with no intention of competing but just to improve general fitness. They have had on numerous occasions people who come along and fall in love with the sport and give them totally new prospectives.
The club is a registered charity as it supported various sections of the local community including vulnerable children, vulnerable adults, refugees & victims of domestic violence amongst a range of others. To help with this they need the ability to travel and have decided to raise funds for a minibus to help ensure all sectors of the community can be catered for and to help them compete is national competitions, where over the years the club has produced an array of champions. The club have competed at every level and every age group, from beginner to open class elite .
In July a group from the club will attempt the audacious task of climbing the 3 highest mountain peaks in the UK , within the space of24 hours . The following week they will be doing a half marathon wearing a kilt.
